My heaviest was probably 2 years ago at 190 - 195, I don't regularly weigh myself so I'm not sure of my top end. I felt awful, though. I was able to cut it back to 180 within a month plus.

I'm 195 myself. I'm in the process of getting to 180 which will be weird. I've been around 205 for the last 3 or so years.

Damn port you dont look like a 5-9 guy that weighs 190 in the few pics I've seen. You look slimmer than your stats would suggest.

I have been as much as 215. I can't tell if Ron is being sarcastic but my shoulders and chest are bigger, that's where most of my weight is.

I am doing more cardio based workouts and running, less heavy lifting. I'm not a finished product but I feel better with the weight I've dropped, just not use to it.

I have IRL'd PCTTiger 24 and LSUBob.

PCTTiger is built like Sam Mills...Bob has the biggest head I have ever seen on a person without a condition.

I did a "boot camp" this spring - cardio (running 400s with stadium steps mixed in) and a lot of plyometrix, core training etc mixed in with the cardio...I really toned up and my core got really strong...I've played some of my best bball in years after that.

My workouts now are only 3 times a week, not 6, and every one involves about 45 minutes of basketball. Me and a few guys play 21, then we all shoot 15 jumpers and 10 ft...usually 2 times each. After we are really sweaty we'll lift weights. Nothing too heavy, just a lot of reps while drinking a ton of water through the week.
