Yoenis Cespedes isn't wasn't going to make or break this team. Quite frankly I find him to be quite overrated.

How does he not make or break your team, pal?

You're in 4th place and 5.5 GB of first. You just get a premier slugger back off the DL and instead of keeping a guaranteed 75/25/85 to pair with him at the OF position, you deal him for a guy who may not even play again this season.

And in turn, you deal the healthy slugger to a team chasing you

Don't see how Cespedes is overrated-- dude has been a model of consistency so far in his career. Many say Myers could be overrated... He does have that royal prospect bloodline in him

You got a good fricking team.. Was just baffling to me. You even have a huge trade chip w fielder where you could get even better. Don't be scared to add to that trophy case

Didn't know you thought so highly of him. I should have traded him to you instead... might have gotten a better package.

15/50 guy for the rest of the year. That's hardly irreplaceable. I think I can get 8-10/35 from Swisher and the difference in stats by cycling other guys. If Yoenis Cespedes can drum up this type of commotion, it only confirms how overrated he is to me.

Sorry we differ in opinion. I see him as no big loss... in the least bit actually. If I want a bat later on, I'll just buy one. This is not a short-sighted deal. One is not regulated to just building or strictly competing.

After his rookie year he was suppose to explode. Sure he's consistently a 25/80, but lets not act like that's so special. Nick Swisher, who I picked off the waiver wire, has comparable yearly numbers.

You're right, I do... with or without the almighty Yoenis Cespedes. Don't worry too much about me. If I needed someone to manage my team for me, I'd quit fantasy baseball.

I know of him, yes. But he's not in my coverage area. Blake Anderson of West Lauderdale (catcher) is the high profile prospect from my region.
