i'm gonna go out on a bit of a limb and start pelfrey cuz the cubs offense is struggling so. and given that i've got a lot of starts this week, probably sit sheets against the yankees. i'm happy with his progress, but i'm not gonna blow the week on a bad start in yankee stadium

That's a solid call, IMO.
I'm give Wade Davis his first start of the season..prolly gonna have to concede QS & Saves, and hope to be solid in the other 3.

Ike looked good last night and in spring training. I think he'll be a stud eventually. But people tend to have too high of hopes for rookies. It's not often rookies but up really huge numbers. But he will be a solid contributor IMO

i liked how ike hung in there against marshall. after looking like a guy in his debut against that 1st curveball, he stayed back and drove a single up the middle off an outside curveball.
