Lester - I am also giving him jason fricking bay. Look at the projected numbers for Felix, Loney, and Markakis compared to Shields, Berkman, and Bay.

again, im just saying that saying "this is a no brainer" and stuff like that to someone who may not know any better is kind of fricked up.
and that deal is ok, if u really want me to comment, louis could do much better if he wanted to trade Hernandez.
i traded for Berkman in the other league, and obviously thought he was poised to rebound. but he got hurt right after that after being hurt last year. i dont think its a coincidence you've been trying to trade him since minutes after the draft.

you said bats, i was assuming you meant as a whole you were giving up the two best hitters, which isn't the case.
bay is the best hitter, followed by markakis, overall.

well you're wrong. take a look at who i've been trying to get - big tex and howard. both play 1b. i thought it was a given that i would have to trade him to get an upgrade at 1st. hell i want to keep him.
i didn't even offer berkman to louie, i offered ethier or bay. he countered with berkman. so it's not as if i'm just shopping him if you look at the big picture.

Louis do what you want. You dont have to sit tight. If you are readily and willing to deal one of the best pitchers in the league, by all means do it. I'd just weigh your options
