We did this a few years ago. I dealt Harper for Arenado/Freeman + 4th pick. Arenado is as close to untouchable as possible in my eyes. I love him on my team too much.
I sent him Pham recently to improve at SS. Now all my utility bats are good, but none have OF eligibility.

Sigh, but I totally get it.
Yeah, trading is tough/near impossible without knowing the direction of the league. I would treat any trades like it is a non-keeper FWIW. Not selling any picks, long-term injured guys, or prospects (not that I have any).

I agree that it’s disappointing. My keepers are not only very good, they’re also some of my favorite players.

I have a great crew of keepers, I just shite the bed early in this league. Too much shite going on in the spring with baseball. Had leads going in the weekend and blew it on Saturday / Sunday.
That said a redraft would keep things fresh. I have never done a baseball redraft. We could think of ways to make it fun and interesting.
