well..here would be my team if I did do the trade:
RBs: Turner/MJD/Chris Johnson
WRs: Dez/Green/Manningham/Maclin

You are giving away two top 5 guys at their position. Dez hasn't been as good as we thought. Green is banged up.
If you like them bad enough, trade MJD or CJ for Dez or Green.

But yea Rice/MJD/Dez/Wallace/Chris Johnson or Manningham at flex would get you more points then if you traded
