It takes the highest ranked player by ESPN... Of they were suspended a while ago it should take that into account. You could get on and set up your own rankings for your auto draft, or players you don't want to draft.
This is how it is on yahoo. I have only drafted once on espn and that was 4 or 5 years ago.

Ha... That ain't happening. I have a fine tuned draft day routine and getting trashed is number 1 on the list. Along with a shot before every pick and a bowl every round.
