Need to Pick 2 for a keeper auction league

We are allowed to keep 3 keepers but only 1 at each position.
So I can keep one of the following, and its a non prp league but running backs get additional points for receiving yards and wide outs get additional points for rushing yards.
Ahmad Bradshaw or Fred Jackson
Dwayne Bowe or Vincent Jackson or Percy Harvin
and Jimmy Graham .
Right now I am leaning towards Jackson, Harvin and Graham.

How significant is the bonus for rushing yards for WR? How many yards per point compared to receiving yards per point?
I'd probably go with Freddy J, Bowe, and Jimmy not knowing the exact scoring

I would choose Bradshaw over Jackson, at this point it looks like Bradshaw is the #1 RB, with Jackson, Spiller worries me.
Harvin is good, Ponder looked good so far in the preseason.
How much are the additional points you are talking about?

Running back that has receiving yards its 1 point for every 10 yards.
Wide receivers get 1 point for every ten yards rushing.
