I did well this week despite not having any production from Barnidge. I want to try and land a good tight end while I can sell high on some of my bench.

they just put RGIII on IR and Barnidge was amazing with McCown starting last year, roll with him a bit longer and see how it plays out.

Consider Clive Walford as somewhat of a sleeper. He may be available on waiver wire. He will be Carr's goto TE this year and Car will throw a lot his way.

I'd stick with Barnidge with Mccown starting.

Their defense is terrible and will be throwing a ton this year.

Keep Barnidge but consider picking up Dennis Pitta

Don't trade away your depth, barnidge should be good with mccown through at least week 10 (the first point when RGIII can get back) and then you will have eifert coming back well before that.

You don't have a ton of depth at WR anymore with Allen out and then running back is also fairly thin after your top line, not sure who you would try and sell high on to try and get a better TE. Really Gronk and Reed are the only ones that would be a noticeable improvement from what you have now IMO.
