Are we talking keeper or dynasty? The only keeper league I've ever played in let us keep 2 and cost escalating picks each year. So if a guy was drafted in the third it would cost a second round pick to keep him the next year. No keeping first round picks since there isn't anywhere to escalate to.

One suggestion concerning draft order, I like how another league on here does it. RNG 1-12 and 1 gets to choose where he picks, then 2RNG gets to pick where he picks, etc. I think that's much cooler than RNG 1-12 draft order.

You win the RNG then have to pick your draft spot.
This wouldn't be necessary for the auction league, but for the snake draft, I like it.

Picking your spot to draft is almost certain to make someone Ruxin it and over think it

it's pretty great. My friends and I have used it for a lot of transactions over the last couple years.

I'm cool with those payouts although I think 2nd place should get double the entry fee. So if each entry fee is a unit, there are 12 units.
1st - 9 units (9x entry fee)
2nd - 2 units (double entry fee)
3rd - 1 unit (entry fee back)
You could also take 1 unit away from Champ and give it to highest scoring team for the regular season. I like a payout for highest scorer because playoffs can be fickle.
