Advice for another league, I'm getting proposals - mostly shitty for Hopkins or Julio. He has Le'Veon and I'm stacked at WR (Julio, OBJ, Hopkins). He declined Hopkins for Le'Veon. Should I Julio for Le'Veon if it comes down to it?

ETA: He reached out for Hopkins first.

As an OBJ owner I'm a little worried. If he jumps on OBJ for bell I'd take it personally

Who are your RBs?

Assuming they are quality starters or both aren't, and assuming that you have a good flex option to replace Hopkins, I would jump on Juilio for Bell straight up If he goes for it

My exact thought. Not that I'm worried about Odell but Eli and the Giants line.

Giants always start slow. I wouldn't panic

But at the same time I would swap for Bell for either Jones or OBJ by themselves

I have:
RB: Morris, Woodhead, Rashad, Vereen, Freeman, Matt Jones.
WR: Julio, OBJ, Hopkins, AJ, Fitz

I could turn about Morris/Woodhead if I have Le'Veon.

Yeah, I was highest scorer by quite a bit week 1. He's balking now (not Julio offer yet) and was lowest scorer (which I can understand with Le'Veon).

Still, his first offer was Cunningham/Olsen for Hopkins.

And TBH, Dez is 100% speculative right now. Dez was traded (by Gyno) for Garcon in TDFL.
If you're not prepared to trade Dez for a WR3, you pretty much just need to sit on him. I wouldn't even be up to giving James Jones straight up for him, and James Jones will sit on my bench this week.

There's no reason I shouldn't beat Drizz this week. Watch me lose by 75

You've got a solid team. I think you had the second most points last week and just happened to be playing against number 1.

I hate how thin I am at RB. If one guy gets hurt, I'm pretty much fricked (knock on wood).

You should win. Week 2 has lots of bad player matchups and Le'Veon still out.

On the other hand, if I somehow go 2-0 with Le'Veon out...

That makes my head hurt.

Who would you guys start in a standard flex?

Gio or Andre Johnson.

Hrmmmmmm. Hankerson is a great handcuff for Julio is you have him. A legit flex play if he does get hurt (so help me god if he gets hurt). Jeffery is Jeffery and unfortunately Stafford is Stafford

Woodhead is an immediate flex play at worse RB2 at best. Not expecting much from Watkins tbh. He has Nuke talent but that offense... Dez carries your team to a championship when he comes back. BUT, you can't make it there of you're not in the playoffs.

All in all I'd rather X

Good enough.

I am Team X in that trade - it's a 2Flex, but everything else same as our leagues. I sent my WR3 Alshon (have DT88/Hopkins), my WR5 Hankerson (likely to never start) and QB3 Stafford (I have Brees/Big Ben).

In return I get for my team:
RB2 in Woodhead
WR3/4 in Watkins
RB5/6 DMac
RB5/6 David Johnson
??? Dez - either he comes back and I'm loaded for playoff run with DT88/Hopkins/Dez /or/ he goes on IR.

It's a $100 league and my thought process was I'm only giving up 1 player Alshon that will ever start for me. In return I get 3-5 players that could make a difference.
