The other difference, depending on bench size, is that there will be tons of viable plug and play options on waivers. A 10-team 16 round vs. a 12-team 16 round will leave 32 skill players on waivers. That could mean either you reach earlier on potential breakout players knowing you can get a replacement easier. Or you load up on steady players and waiver/FAAB once someone breaks out.
