Keeper choice? Foles, or Stacy?

It's a QB dominated league, bonuses for 40+ plays, yardage bonuses, 6pt passing tds, non PPR.
Can only keep one in the 13th, and I was jacked about Stacy when I snagged him on FA. But can I really not keep Foles in this style league?

Will Foles continue his run next season?
We've only seen a sample size of what he can do. I think you can find a QB next season either through draft or FA that can possibly do the same as Foles. (RG3 bounceback year, Matt Ryan, Wilson)

Foles.
He has big play potential on any given drive. With those bonuses I think it's Foles easily
