Is Odell a buy low candidate?

Obviously it would still take some to get him, but is he worth going to get if owners are freaking out? His injury and his team's offense is kind of scary but he's still OBJ
For example, would you do a trade of giving Tyreek Hill and Davante Adams for OBJ in standard?
