I’m assuming there is no chance Yahoo fixes their Samuels designation?

Heading into the Semi-Finals and my opponent will play Samuels in the TE slot while starting McCaffery, Barkley, and Mixon.

I own Conner, but I’ve led the league all year so he was able to grab him on waivers.

Such a kid of bullshite that Yahoo is allowing this to happen.

Not changing.

On Jaylen Samuels:

He's had RB/TE eligibility all season. If we remove TE eligibility today, it would not take effect until this evening, after most claims had been made. We felt it was not fair to change so late in the day or season.

Samuels will remain an RB/TE in our game.

Should have handcuffed your RB. All on you.

Didn’t need to until I traded Michel right before the deadline.

That doesn’t change the fact that Yahoo should not be allowing Samuels to be slotted as a TE. It’s a terrible loophole that some are able to take advantage.

Yahoo never removes designation. They only add if necessary

I thought it was stupid, but they provided an explanation the other day that makes it fine. "it would penalize the ones who added him prior to this".

Now of course those are far and few in between, but that's a good point.

Now, why did he have that designation in the first place, that's a separate debate

Sounds like the only thing you should be upset about is your league's waiver system. Join the 21st century and implement a FAAB system.

Brad Evans gave an explanation on TV. Yahoo uses a stats company for their fantasy games and they opened their fantasy site for this season during the combine and he was with TEs, so they designated him as a TE. They won't change it now for the reasons already given. I believe he said that Yahoo actually doesn't have control over it.

I beat the owner with TE Samuels last week in one league and will have to do it again this week in the other.
