I need a f***ing RB

So I'm in bye week hell this week as Rob Kelley and Alvin Kamari are both on byes this week. 12 team, non-PPR league.
McCoy is my other RB but due to massive amounts of injuries and byes, I need someone to fill that 2nd RB slot. I have Rishard Matthews, Pryor, Allen Hurns, and Amari Cooper as WRs I am willing to part with (not trading Hogan unless it is for a damn good RB). Who should I trade? The waiver wire is picked clean, there isn't a RB worth a damn on there.

I would trade Pryor while his stock is high. You won't get dick for Cooper.
Eta: It's always hard to trade a player on his bye week though.
Check out the Deep Dive articles on CBS and NFL fantasy sites for running backs if you can't get a deal done. There has to be a rb in a decent situation with a good matchup you can play.

Same here, I had two injuries + now have to decide who is more valuable RB#3/FLEX between Thomas Rawls + Theo Riddick type choices in 1/2 PPR

I received an offer of Derrick Henry fro allen Hurns. Seems reasonable, probably favors the guy who offered the trade a little, but I'm in dire need of a RB for this week.

I would do that without having researched either player. Seems fair.
Eta: Is Wayne Gallman on waivers? He's a deep play. May be worth a shot.

I'd do the Hurns for Henry deal. Even if you weren't desperate, it's an ok trade. And since you are, definitely worth it. Henry will be an ok fill in and has that huge upside if Murray gets injured.
