Sure, better than nothing I guess but if a player falls to you, you'll pass him over because he's not on your position of need list. In your case, you won't know who the players are falling to you so it makes no difference

Yeah, you won't choose or pass up a pitcher based on no hitter bonus points. If I get a couple more opinions, we can change just the bonus points, not the standard scoring.

Fear the thinnest positions are 3B,2B and SS so set those as your preference in the first half

i'm have about 30 minutes before I have to head out. if I just put bpa for every pick will it fill out my team properly?
