Help me pick 2 to play (nervous about Kamara)

This is a half point PPR league.
I have to choose 2, and at least 1 has to be a RB.
Kamara
Derek Henry
Zamir White
Aiyuk
My thoughts would be Kamara and White but I haven’t found out much on Kamara’s illness.
With that unknown, would you roll with those 2 or does Aiyuk come into play? What are your thoughts?

Kamara is a lock. Regarding the other three, I’m always inclined to play a rb at flex but I’d be tempted to roll with Aiyuk here. I don’t like the idea of leaving a player that good on the bench.
