I’m in a league that doesn’t trade much but I’m looking to make my team better for a playoff run.

I think first thing you should do is pick up Bennie Snell if he's available to handcuff Conner. I'm not a Ryan fan at all. Maybe you could make a move for a better QB. Could even be one on waivers.

I started mayfield over Ryan a couple weeks ago and Ryan went off and mayfield shite the bed.
I dropped mayfield for dalton and started dalton over Ryan and dalton shite the bed.
I dropped dalton this week and picked up mayfield . I’m fricked at qb lol
Who do you suggest ?

Is that Dionte Johnson or David Johnson?
You can drop Mark Ingram. Grab Bennie Snell if you can and see what WRs are on Waivers to add depth. Starters look pretty solid.

In that case you may want to look into a high upside handcuff RB like Gio, Jamaal Williams, Latavious Murray, Tony Pollard, etc instead of adding WR depth.
If you were to make a trade you can maybe try packaging Fuller and Gibson for a better RB or WR. I had Fuller and traded him away because he gets hurt every year.
