I need to learn more about fantasy baseball because this just smells like a guy everyone would target.

not low, but it keeps him seperated from the best. Just like Jamie Garcia, hes not considered elite because his K/9 is below 8

his first to years it was over 9. it seems to have went down when his control got better. but i wouldnt be surprised to see it rise again this year
