I made it out of necessity more than really wanting to do it
Boo comes out ahead - definitely in the long run if not immediately. But I was going to have serious issues at 3B soon if I didn't address it somehow. I also had zero pop whatsoever other than Bautista.
I LOVE Odorizzi, but I also have 5 pitchers on DL right now that are all under 30 yo. Assuming I get them back all healthy by the end of the year & going into the offseason, I should still be Ok there.
But it is all for nothing if Frazier doesn't pull his head out if his arse.

Glad you think otherwise, DJ.
Thanks for White, fellas.
Seriously, it's all good now but he we'll see how his playing time holds up if Reed forces his call up.
Thanks for White, fellas.

Back in position for the win.

This is a quality start league. Wins don't help

We use QS... so...
At this point I'm going to get thrashed in the pitching ratios, so I might as well go all out and maybe steal IP and/or QS.

I think I dropped him to make my lineup legal, moving a guy from the DL

Darvish is close to throwing in a game for the first time since his elbow surgery last year. Darvish threw 47 pitches Thursday in his third session on the mound for live batting practice. The next scheduled step in his rehab is pitching in a game for Double-A Frisco next Tuesday night.
