Outside of the 16 year age gap, there's little statistical difference b/t Joc and Beltran.

If he's so great, you shouldnt be looking for an outfielder then.

There's a big difference in saying he's "so great" and trading him for a dude who has 2 months left in his career. You know this, son.

He says he playing 2 more years after this. And no guarantee you will be in a position to win next year.

DJ I like how you are valuing Beltran

These dudes want something for nothing. I say get phucked with your shite draft picks and middling prospects
Thoughts?

So do you really think Hoffman can pitch in Coors successfully

I feel like when Carp and Aledmys get back, my offense will be right up there with anyone's. I do like Hoffman (and I think he will be just as good as Gray, if not better), but I want to win now, and Hoffman just isn't going to help me do that this year. Bour certainly can if he comes back healthy this week.

The Fisher-Williams swap was pretty much a wash for me. I've kinda soured on Williams after his lazy spells in AAA.

There aren't many on the planet that I think can pitch there successfully. I think he can be started with confidence in non-Coors parks, and then play matchups in certain Coors starts. Like I said in my previous post, a Jon Gray type of value.

Did I see where people needed SS earlier? I've got a guy who has 15 bombs at SS available now with the arrival of Arcia. Come get some Zack Cozart!

T&P gave Lind a hard look. Then realized he hasn't gotten a hit in over a week.

And Bour is five years younger and plays everyday.

That might cover it all. Maybe.

You were one of many who wanted that guy but didn't want to make the commitment to land him.
