Would be a universal penalty. There’s technically not a difference between making trades and transactions after the 2019 season ended and making FYPD draft picks. Both actions modify a team you haven’t paid for yet.
The league year doesn’t start with the draft, it’s just infinitely more exciting than dropping Anibal Sanchez for Addison Russell.
Full retard would be locking any moves on the day the new league year starts until you pay.

DJ doesn't have any picks, so as soon as CWill pays we will start.
A few things to remember:
1. Free agency is closed during the draft. Once the draft is complete, all free agents will be put on waivers for at least 24 hours.
2. Please make sure you add your newly drafted players to your roster immediately upon selecting them, and make sure your rosters are legal.
