Playing Gyno, Swamie, and Earl to start the season will do that to ya.
But when you played a weakling in the league, you only went 6-5-1 against me. Gotta beat up on the small kids when you get the chance.

Tigers pitching prospect Casey Mize threw a no-hitter in his first start with Double-A Erie on Monday in Altoona.
Not only was it a no-hitter, it was also a "Maddux," as Mize needed just 98 pitches to complete the no-no. The top prospect walked one batter and hit one other, striking out seven along the way. In five starts between High- and Double-A this season, Mize has allowed just one run on seven hits while posting a 32/2 K/BB ratio across 35 innings. The odds are probably still against Mize making it to the majors this season, but the Tigers might consider pushing up his timetable if he keeps pitching like this.

Jesse Winker quietly hit 8 HR in the first month of the season.

I am pretty sure all three of the Lowe brothers got drafted.

I don't think the other Lowe on the Rays is a brother, but he's also from Va, different town.

Yeah, Nate and Josh are brothers and pronounce Lowe like the hardware store. Brandon is not related and pronounces it like "now"

Maybe it was two brothers and the father who were drafted. They are nearby where I am from, so I remember hearing about them when they got drafted.
Yeah, Brandon is not one of them.

Quantril going to be called up by the Padres. It seems like he's been around forever.

He hasn’t been very good this year.
