Thought draft wasnt starting until everyone paid. Having surgery today and wont be around to trade into if I needed to.

Not a move, just saw posts saying it would start when everyone has paid. 1 day wouldnt have made a difference.

We are expanding the minor rosters correct? So we will only have to drop one player if we have 2 picks?

Rosters expanded once the regular season ended. Most teams have 11 minors guys right now and will need to drop one.
ETA: If you never added anyone else, then you'll have an open spot.
