Looks like it.
I think that's worst-case scenario, just like Jordan Montgomery.
They both might be available late next season.
Ohtani more likely as a DH, if the Angels are competitive.

I think it's going to be volatile, but eventually Giles will be the guy in the 9th.
Rondon might be earning himself primary set-up man duties though, with Devenski as the swing guy for tough spots.
I have to imagine McHugh eventually ends up back in the rotation for a stretch because someone is going to get hurt, or they'll have a few phantom 10-day DL stints to keep guys fresh.

Maybe Britton if he looks healthy. Or Herrera.
I don't see them spending too much though, since they have some prospect arms that are really close to helping out, and they'll be able to shorten the rotation in the playoffs.
ETA: Unless some guys go down for the year.
