He was the guy I wanted all along. Hate giving up on Allard but I'd rather have the bat anyway.

Absolutely.

He'll probably end up strictly just 1B, but that ain't no biggie. High, high OBP with pop in the middle of a lineup that's going to have Moncada running wild at the top.

power hitting catcher from Miami. Was considered a top prospect out of HS, but went in like round 11 because of commitment to Miami.

Hit all three years at the U with a strong approach and ability to consistently barrel up balls.

Did well in High-A last year.

And from a fantasy standpoint, like you said he might not stick at catcher but even if he goes to 1B he has the profile for his bat to play there. And besides Bellinger, there's not a lot of 1B prospects you can say that about right now.

I know I was just fricking around. I liked Collins a lot and who I was targeting to get back in the draft to get a few weeks ago. Let's see how far my other guy drops

Thanks...he's who I was targeting all along but didn't expect him to drop to me. Then all bats went in the top 6 and he's there and all the sudden he doesn't seem as good.

I have dick for pitching prospects so it's what I needed to do.
