I'll say it again.
There's no reason why Lucas Duda shouldn't be on a contender right now as a second option at 1B or even a starting U option.
In fact, I'll even take a minute to see who could use him the most.

Athletics recalled 3B Matt Chapman from Triple-A Nashville.
Trevor Plouffe was DFA'd to make room for him. The 25th overall pick of the 2014 draft, Chapman has been a prodigious power hitter in the minors, though a low contact rate delayed his arrival in the big leagues. He'll man third base and bat seventh in his A's debut Thursday against the Yankees. The 24-year-old is No. 88 on MLB.com's top 100 prospects.

Two guys I'd be fine to see Chapman match their production, Healy and Davidson, went for Maeda and a 2nd round pick respectively.
