I had a guy identified, but it would have been a long development.

Diaz
Carpenter

Is there a concensus number 1 pick? I haven't done any research

Reds Nick Senzel will probably be in the majors the fastest. There are players with more upside, but I'd rate this draft class C- for fantasy.

Didn't they bench Wong last year? And it's my understanding that the Cardinals need power.

Absolutely love three prospects in this draft.

Have two of top 3 picks, so I'm extremely excited.

Yes, there's a clear-cut No. 1, too.

Of course, all imo, but I've been doing a lot of research this winter.

I don't think the cards have ever been big on power.

They benched Wong but it seems are still committed to him. Like gyorko he's been on some heaters and he's been terrible. Prob looking at a platoon, that lineup is RH heavy w only fowler and carp hitting left

If you are referring to Maitan, I don't think he can be considered a sure-fire #1 pick. He's 16 years old.

It can't be any of the pitchers out there. Way too many question marks.

I don't think a 16 year old should go No. 1. Not in this draft class

I don't think I have the patience to sit on a guy for 5 years.

Hard to believe I am entering the 5th year of waiting on Clint Frazier and Austin Meadows in my other league, and they were 18 when they were fantasy draft eligible.

ETA: I guess it's just the fourth year. I wasn't able to draft them until before the 2014 season. Still a long fricking time though.

this draft reminds me of last year, where there were 3 guys I loved

Moncada, Beni, and Rodgers

Then another 3-4 guys I'd be happy with like Happ and Maeda

Then players I'd forget were on my team
