Flex spot help. Thinking of starting 2 TEs

Thinking of starting Hockenson in my flex spot against a terrible Saints secondary missing their top 2 corners. My only other legit option is Brown and Higgins. Any suggestions?

Start Hockensen. 4-5 catches in the first 3 games. Saints already given up 4 scores to tight ends
