First try at a dynasty league

Thoughts? I like my 1st three picks but after that I don’t think I did very well. Weak at RB, should have gotten a better WR4 as well.
10 team PPR, 2 Flex spots.
Everyone is required to roster 2 QBs, 2 TE’s, 2 Kickers and 2 Defenses.
QB: Watson & Wentz
RB: Chris Carson, Jonathan Taylor, James White, Sony Michel, Rashaad Penny, AJ Dillon
WR: Michael Thomas, Davante Adams, Chris Godwin, Henry Ruggs, Laviska Shenault, Tee Higgins, Brandon Aiyuk
TE: Mark Andrews, Dallas Goedert
D/ST: Titans & Patriots
K: Hopkins & Zuerlein

Would be a decent 12 team roster, but you're right kind of meh for a 10 man just because you have no one proven at RB. Taylor and Dillon might be your RB tandem moving forward, but Dillon will be waiting on an injury this year to contribute.
A little advice for drafting next year... Don't over value draft picks. Unless you are drafting 1-3 you won't be drafting sure things. Think of the 1st round as starters, 2nd round as Depth, and anything past as a lottery ticket. Also, draft a RB every year.

A+ WRs.. potentially the top 3 WRs in fantasy football
I would say B- at RB. You sold out for WRs (who will produce much longer for you) at the expense of RBs, but I don’t hate them.
You will have a WR advantage every week
You will have a TE advantage 90% of the time
You will have a QB advantage 70% of the time, but the drop off after the top 2 all the way to 10 isn’t much
I really like your team, even for a 10 teamer

Breaking it up by rounds is not smart either
1-3
4-8
9-10
Etc
It’s a huge drop off and the hit rate isn’t very good after 1 or 2

Injuries happen , there is no way around it, massive part of fantasy. When your top dudes are hurt time to get to work and exploit match ups and consume data to give you an edge

Alright guys, I’m 3-6 just lost back-to-back to the two worst teams in the league.
Earlier in the year I traded Chris Carson + Shenault for AJ Brown.
I’m probably not going to make the playoffs, what do you think about this potential trade that I’ve been in talks about?
I give Michael Thomas and Receive Josh Jacobs and a late 1st round pick. My RBs are terrible and I’m deep at WR.

First, Josh Jacobs isn't a must-have dynasty asset for me in PPR formats. He offers little to nothing in terms of PPR because he doesn't get targeted a ton and is heavily reliant on rushing work which is game script-dependent. Thomas is a tradeable asset, though. He likely won't be tethered to Drew after this season so you have the right idea - it's fair to assume he won't match his production with Brees. Sell high. But target a RB with receiving upside like Miles Sanders.
Second, this isn't a loaded draft class at the top like last year. There's not a ton of interchangeable guys at the top of position rankings. This year you have the top 2 consensus QB (Lawrence and Fields), the top 2 consensus RB (Etienne and Harris), and the top consensus WR (Chase). Last year you could've thrown a dart at the board and come down with a top prospect as late as the mid-2nd round. I did and got Higgins and Reagor with 2.1 and 2.2 in my league. This year...not so much.

Maybe you’re right, but most experts I see have Jacobs rated higher than Sanders even in PPR

I'm not approaching it as a Jacobs vs. Sanders issue. Rather, I'm approaching it as a Michael Thomas vs. Jacobs or Sanders issue.
As it stands, Michael Thomas is a surefire 80+ catch a year guy regardless if he plays with Brees after this year. That's 80 guaranteed points regardless of what happens with yards and TD. The PPR is the easiest point in fantasy.
Play with the numbers and see what it comes out looking like for you.
An 80 catch, 1,300 yard, 10 TD season from Thomas would net you 270 points.
Do you think it's more likely that...

or
