They are both at the upper echelon at WR2.
VJax hasn't played with Freeman yet. But he has finished in the top 20 WR 3 of the past 4 years (played 5 games 2 years ago).
Brown looked good last year and will be a solid WR2.
Most would say Brown but Im not sucking his dick this season because Wallace will still be their best WR.
