I'm in a 12 team league, H2H and I'm trying to get my keepers down to 8. I currently have these 11 players. Help me put some sort of trade together.

My team
Altuve, Beltre, Kinsler, Brantley, C Santana
Kershaw, Price, Sale, Hamels, Darvish, and J Fernandez.

His team
Puig, Springer, Freeman, Trout, Abreu.

Im really interested in getting Puig, Springer or Abreu from him. Obviously he values Trout the most and will be hard to pull from him.

You need to make more than one trade IMO. Your pitching is unreal, but your bats are poo.

The league started as a hitter friendly league and it slowly evening out now. I loaded up on SP last year and that's how I ended up with those arms.

AVG/SB/HR/RBI/R
W/S/K9/WHIP/ERA

We've only told him that for over a year already. Don't waste your words. Dude is stubborn as hell.

I wouldn't be opposed to trading Kershaw to land Trout considering how ridiculously loaded you are at SP. Even if you trade Kershaw, you still probably have the best pitching staff in the league. Offer a pitcher/hitter(s) combo that does not include Kershaw for Trout just to gauge his interest. He'll probably reject anything that doesn't include Kershaw, but at least you'll find out what it'll take.

Considering 5 of the 11 guys I didn't have last season, but continue you with the crap you suggest.

I'd play in a league on here but it seems like us Fanatsy Board regulars don't have any spots open for me.

some of those pitchers shouldnt be hard to trade. why are you only focusing on this one team tho?

without seeing the rest of his team its hard to put together a deal. Any of those guys would be nice, but is his pitching bad enough to where he is going to want to deal those guys

He isn't keeping any of this pitchers. Those are just the best available hitters on his team. I've made deals with other teams, that's how I acquired Kinsler, Beltre, Price and Darvish.

I'm trying to work out a deal with him now and nothing is coming to me so that's why Ithought it'd ask the geniuses on here for advice

It's really all about--- is he interested in any of those guys and has he made any of his players readily available?

I wouldnt go crazy on Puig or Springer if you like winning- not that they cant be good, but their value lies in potential. Freeman is going to be middle tier option at 1B in that shitty lineup and he was already overrated before. So I personally do not feel you are upgrading any of your hitters by adding any of those 3 guys. At least your guys are proven. If you want them, fine, but I would not be tossing out any kind of ridiculous 3 or 4 for 1 shite.

Trout and Abreu are at the top of their positions. I doubt he is in a hurry to trade either, especially for a few pitchers (your hitters arent enticing to another owner in a trade, IMO).

If it's me, I role with the 5 hitters, keep Kershaw, Sale, and Jose. Look to deal Price, Hamels, and Darvish for picks. Or explore who else is out there hitting wise and trade those pitchers for a power bat
