Bad match ups for both, but one has to start. Opinions?

I'd go Andrellington.

San Fran is ranked 20th against the run
Seattle is ranked 11th against the run

San Fran has given up 7 rushing touchdowns
Seattle has give up 3 rushing touchdowns

Pick who ever

They also said this last week and it didn't turn out to well.

This is close and both matchups are terrible but I'd roll with Ellington!

I'm currently deciding between Bowe and Ellington in the flex, leaning Ellington.

Not sure if that helps you but there you have it.
