Draftkings best ball contest- check out this moron

So I got a free entry into a Draftkings best ball lineup. You draft 20 players and it automatically selects your best lineup 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE and 1 flex. Your team is your team and you are stuck with it, no roster moves.
Anyway, someone in my league drafted 10 QBs when you can only start 1 max. The only two “RBs” on the roster are Darrynton Evans and Lynn Bowden. He has Ertz and Kelce at TE. His WRs are Marvin Jones, Curtis Samuel, Larry Fitzgerald, Danny Amendola, and Chase Claypool.
Is this some sort of elaborate troll? Did he not understand the rules and think you could play unlimited players or have quarterbacks fill your entire roster? Is it just some massive idiot? I’m befuddled.
