It has updated since I posted the link. Bill has left committee after two what looks to be very minor amendments were added. On to the full Senate.

In the bill I think they had an Aug 1 date to have everything ready to go. I would say earlier now. All the regulations have been written so they just need oks.

My best guess is it won’t be signed u til mid July. He signed the regular session that ended June 1 on June 17. So if he signs July 17 you could see play in a week after.

Man I hope Draft kings and Fan duel have enough time to get up and running by football season. It’s stupid we’ve had to wait this long for daily fantasy.
