I am in a bit of a pinch. I am in a 12 team $$$ league in which everyone participates so waiver wire is thin.

I am looking to give up Demaryius Thomas for Matt Asiata and Marques Colston. Standard scoring, non PPR.

Will also pick up Jerick McKinnon from wire and just use Asiata and McKinnon tandem for now.

My team:
QB - Ben Roethlisberger/Andy Dalton
RB - Joique Bell/ LeGarrette Blount/ Bobby Rainey / Brandon Oliver (I originally drafted Matthews but he is injured)
WR - Demaryius Thomas, Mike Wallace, Dez Bryant, Josh Gordon, and Andrew Johnson
TE - Heath Miller, Jordan Cameron

Suggestions? I feel like I am overpaying a little bit but I imagine Colston/Brees will eventually get the offense going. I just desperately need some RB production as I have a total of 23 points from both spots since week 2. FWIW, I am 2-2 on the season.

Other trade options where Andrew Johnson/Mike Wallace for Asiata but he wanted DT. DT hasn't produced much this year and is 2nd in the NFL in dropped passes. Also Manning seems to be preferring Sanders and Julius Thomas more so than DT.

Another option was DT for Asiata and TWill but after TWill's huge game against the Saints he wasn't to excited for that trade and I already have Dez. With the Cowboys focusing on the run there are less passes going around anyways.

Suggestions as to who I should try and get for my depleted RB position?

Bradshaw is also available (for trade) but not entirely excited about that.

Just pick up McKinnon and hope minnesota is moving away from Asiata. If you're going to give up Thomas you need to receive a much better back than Asiata.

don't sell low on demaryous. he already had his bye and is still a big part of the broncos gameplan. if you really want him gone then trade him for a tier 2 rb not matt asiata. try and hit up a 2-1 with the ellington owner or gio bernard owner

Def don't trade DT for and old washed WR and Asiata.

Is McKinnon available? If not, look for a trade for McCoy. Anybody drop Moreno?

Bradshaw walked off In a boot. Could use that to buy low.

McKinnon is available and I put in a claim for him on Wires. Bradshaw could be a good play and I know the guy has been trying to trade him but I feel that is value is so high right now. Is it possible for him to continue to produce the fantasy numbers he has been putting up as a 2nd string RB?

Holy crap...what round did you start picking RBs? That's what happens when you wait on RBs..you become desperate. I picked 1st in my 12 team league and went RB RB RB with McCoy, LeVeon, and Gio...and still got Edelman, Maclin, T Williams and Steve Smith at WR.

Since I think AD is done for the year and Asiata will get all the goal line carries plus many others...I would make the trade. Your current RBs are complete hot garbage.

yea, I had the 12th pick. I went DT and Dez to start. Then picked up Matthews to start the 4th round but Matthews is out at least a month. Yea, my RB are complete garbage.

You can't find anybody that will deal a better back than Asiata?

Same pick. Went DT, Dez, and L. bell.

Bradshaws use isn't really a typical backup usage. He is an elusive passing down back that breaks lose frequently for big gains. He's usually in red zone play and gets lots of looks from Luck and is reliable. I wouldn't buy high on him though.

Who ever has the depth at RB to ever want to trade a good one? Especially with how often they get injured?
