12 team league. 6 teams make playoffs. H2H is tiebreaker. Trying to understand why Team C went over Team B.

Team A - 7-6
beat: Team B
lost: Team C
H2H: 1-1
Points For: 1460.28

Team B - 7-6
beat: Team A
lost: Team C
H2H: 1-1
Points For: 1418.76

Team C - 7-6
beat: Team B
lost: Team A
H2H: 1-1
Points For: 1315.58

Final standings:

5th seed: team a
6th seed: team c

Out of playoffs: team b

H2h between all teams is the same, so team A advances due to most points.

So now we're left with B and C and you go back to h2h, C beat team B so they advance.

I guess I didn’t expect it to go from Points For, then back to H2H. Interesting.

I had the same exact issue last year with my league. Huge fallout and guys quitting the league.
You have to look at the H2H rules on espn. They state what the next tiebreaker is after head to head. Basically we switched to highest points as the tie breaker this year, and it made our league so much better.
