Fellas, I regret to inform you all that I’m going to drop out of the league. Fortunately, I kept all of my draft picks, so the new owner shouldn’t skip a beat.

Thanks for having me and good luck

Espn

$125 entry
14 teams PPR
Top/bottom scoring
QB/RB/RB/WR/WR with 3 flexes
$25 to weekly high score

You keep your whole roster year to year or cut X amount of guys based on how many of your 4 draft picks you want to use

GENERAL

-- League will consist of 14 dynasty teams. If a owner quits at any time, his team will be given away to a new owner with possible additional compensation agreed upon by the league. If more than 2 owners quit, we will hold a draft consisting of players of the abandoned teams.

-- League Payment will be sent to a treasurer TBD and held until the end of the season in Paypal or Venmo, in which the treasurer will then payout to all the winners. Money payouts are TBD. In order to begin drafting, an owner must have paid his dues.

PAYOUT

Tournament champ -- $800
Regular season champ -- $300
Runner-up -- $300
Third place -- $50 (bottom feeder x2)
$25 Weekly payouts x 13 regular season weeks
Bottom two teams pay $25 each

TANKING

-- Tanking/Not Setting Lineups - If a team is intentionally tanking by starting injured or bye week players, said team will be removed from the league. Commish reserves the right to edit a deadbeat owners lineup in the case of a bye or injured player in a starting position.

-- The last and second to last place teams will each pay a $50 bottom feeder penalty.

IR

-- IR spots - Each team will be afforded (2) IR spots. Once player comes off the IR, they must be moved to active roster. Penalties may occur if a team is found to be attempting to "cheat the system" by rostering extra players.

DRAFT

-- Draft - the inaugural slow draft will consist 20 rounds in a snake format. After each season, each team will have the option to cut down 0-4 players prior to a draft consisting of new rookies. If a team acquires more than (4) rookie draft pick via trades, they must drop that same number of players from their roster. A team may hold no more than (6) picks in the rookie draft to encourage competitiveness. These dates are TBD and will be decided in threads on TD. The rookie draft will be based on a lottery system

-- Draft pick trading - a team may trade as many as 4 of their draft picks for the offseason rookie draft. They MAY NOT trade picks to any other draft besides the upcoming year's draft.

-- Players who are dropped prior to the rookie draft will not be eligible to be drafted during the rookie draft. They will go into the player pool, and we will run a waiver period after the draft where these guys can be added. After that, the FA will be open leading up to Week 1 of NFL season. Players on waivers prior to the cut down period WILL be able to be drafted.

LOTTERY

-- Lottery - each of the 7 non playoff teams will be entered into a lottery based upon their finish in the regular season. 14th place will receive 10 ping pong balls, 13th will receive 9, 12th will receive 8 and so forth. This will determine the first 7 picks in the rookie draft. Subsequent picks will be decided on regular season finish of the playoff teams - 7th place will assume the 8th pick overall, 6th will assume the 9th pick and so on.

-- Rookie draft will set up as a traditional draft, meaning not a snake. If you have pick 1.1, you will have pick 2.1, 3.1, 4.1 etc.

FAAB

-- FAAB - each team will start the season with $100. After the FAAB process is ran, all the players will become free agents for that waiver period. A team WILL be allowed to place a bid of $0. In the event of a tying bid between two teams, the tiebreaker goes to the lowest seeded team, which resets each week based on inverse of the standings. This is an ESPN rule that cannot be altered.

-- Player pool will LOCK at the culmination of this league's championship game. Being a dynasty, all teams will be allowed to add/drop, even in the playoffs. After the league's Super Bowl, we will lock the player pool leading up to rookie draft.

PLAYOFFS

-- Playoffs will consist of 7 teams and 3 rounds. The #1 overall seed will receive a bye. The tie breaker in playoff seeding will be Points scored (ie two teams finish in reg season 2nd place w/ same record) . Playoffs will remain top/bottom scoring. First round will be top 3 in, bottom 3 out. 4 teams will remain for the 2nd rd, which will be top 2 in, bottom 2 out. The championship game will be a straight up, H2H matchup.

TRADES

-- Trades will not be vetoed unless obvious collusion is obvious. They will be pushed right through once executed. In the event of suspected collusion, commish will rule with input from the league. This has never been an issue in any TD leagues ive been apart of, in any sport. Lets keep it that way

It was a playoff team this year, so you would be inheriting a competitor.

We drop players right before we draft (when OTC), right? So if someone doesn't want to draft, say in the 4th round, they just forfeit their pick. Kinda like TDBA is.

Yep. My payout is in my paypal.

Idea for next year: Any other services besides paypal we can use that don't charge as much of a fee?

There should not have been a fee

Did you request using Friends and Family when you sent me the bill?

Guess not. I don't mess with paypal so I guess I charged myself a fee by messing that up. Oh well.

Sorry I have nothing left to give or else I’d make it whole

In the future use friends and family. Though if you’re still out of the states it may charge a fee regardless
