I've only ever done Yahoo. On Yahoo, you can keep a non IR/PUP/OUT player in your IR slot, but you aren't allowed to make roster adds unless you drop 2 players

Don't want to ignore you, but I'm pretty new at figuring out how to budget FAAB so I'm not even sure what to advise. Only comment I have to add is that I think that Wright could be a really legit start in PPR this year.
