I like the NFL's stance — basically keep the order of the regular season standings except for the two teams that reach the super bowl. those slot in as 31 and 32 (13 and 14)

I'm just thinking, the first and second place teams through reg season prob have strongest two rosters, thus get thrown to the back of the draft to promote parity
Say the 7th seed plays the 5 seed for the championship - nice run but I'm not sure they should pick last
Easier to manage too

Say 7th seed wins the $800, then also gets the 8th pick? I don't like that. That's me, but why I wanted to bring it up before we got into the draft.

Players get hurt, teams get hot etc. I dont think winning $ matters. There really isnt a perfect formula

Rookies drafts are normally 1-14, 1-14, etc
That's one of the major ways for a bottom feeder to develop talent, so they need an advantage there

Right. So am I. Snake doesn't make sense for it. Imo. This year it does because its the from scratch draft. In hindsight my post was a little unintelligible.

Yes. I am against the topic LE proposed. If someone has a string of bad luck, injuries, then that team has paid $125 to play, will end up paying $25 for last place, AND $25 for being the lowest scorer.
