what's latest going on in this league, any updates on when rookie draft or league fees due for 2019?

Rookie draft will follow NFL draft and we will collect fees at that time.

What Gyno said. Also, there was a message thread on the espn league message board where some people had posted their gmail addresses for google hangouts messaging if you want private trade talk. It is still on the page for prior year, but I can see about moving it forward when I get home. I would use that or the espn email option for private messages about trades and such.
But yeah, this thread is going to be the best place for general communication. We're just dead right now with the offseason. Things should pick back up around the draft. Then get down again until training camp. But you can try to trade at any time, and free agency pick ups should be open.

Gyno, have you looked into Sleeper for dynasty? Our league transitioned after the Super Bowl and it is awesome. I just wanted to throw that at you since you guys are still on ESPN

It was my understanding that FA opened back up after the superbowl. That's what happened last year.
Edit: although now reading over the league info, it says "leading up to the rookie draft." That's kind of vague.
