I can't find any public bestball leagues on Draftkings/Fanduel/Sleeper. Did Louisiana (or more specifically St. Tammany) change a law in the last year that has me getting geo-fenced now?

I’ve entered DK bestball drafts from St. Tammany parish within the last week. Make sure you’re using the DK fantasy app/website and not the sportsbook.

Don’t think Sleeper/Fanduel have public bestball tournaments.

Underdog bestball is not legal in Louisiana unfortunately.

Which I find surprising

A useful note: you can finish a best ball slow draft anywhere, just have to start them in an eligible location

I am. I see the big best ball tournaments, but I was looking more for smaller 10-12 man leagues. I could've sworn I did some smaller ones in DK last year. Oh well, guess I'll take what I can get.

Maybe Fanduel stopped, but they definitely had it at one point in the past. I remember doing like a dozen bestball drafts for shits and gigs in their app a couple years ago.

Ah gotcha, yeah DK got rid of those this year as far as I can tell.

I like the single entry and three max best ball tournaments that give you at least a fighting chance of winning some money. The big million dollar tournaments are basically just lottery tickets.

Yeah that's why I liked the smaller ones. Those huge tournaments you basically have to pick the perfect team or be so against the grain with obscure players to differentiate yourself from the millions of other teams that pick all the same players.
