Alex Smith Vs. Oakland or Russell Wilson Versus Jacksonville?

May sound like a stupid question because Russel is #1 qb but Jacksonville has allowed only 14 pts as the highest points to a qb all year.
Alex is coming off a stellar week. Should I start Alex over Russel because of match up or roll with the guy who has got me here in Russell this week?

I think last game was an outlier. It’s not hard to stop the chiefs. They can’t run the ball.

My line of thinking is this, as I’m more of a baseball guy by nature, but here goes:
Jax is due to have a game where a QB puts up 20 points... i almost feel like it HAS to happen at some point this year
