AJ green, should I start him

Right now I have him on the bench and starting juju. He has been horrible the past few weeks, but has a decent matchup against tenn. juju is at Indy, which is awesome. Who should I start?

Year in/year out Top 5 WR vs. a rookie playing 3rd fiddle to A Brown and L Bell
2 of AJs last 3 starts have been against the top 2 pass defenses. The other game he caught a TD.

Ok I started him, had him on the bench because I figured he would be suspended this week, was just getting impatient with him
