definitely will have to work on team. A big portion of the draft i was just a spectator. Ran out $.
At least Pollock got off to a good start yesterday

Thanks for the rankings. I really look forward to them all year.
I got caught on the cruz pick. I had some other sluggers but they all went too high. I paniced because Cruz was the last of my sluggers I wanted to get and I overpaid for him.
I didn't intend on getting as much pitching as I did but it seemed like a good value. Seems like our league discounts the 2nd and 3rd tier pitchers quite a bit compared to 2nd and 3rd tier hitters. Which is understandable since a pitcher can only contribute in 4 categories where as a hitter can contribute in 5 categories.
I have a big hole at catcher because I didn't see a difference between the 6th rated catcher and WW trash catchers.

This is the truth. Catcher is a shite show, Perez at $5 was one of my least favorite buys but I didn't want to get caught playing the ww game.

I have a top catcher that i would be willing to trade you for a slugger. I need hr's, rbi's and average. Let me know what you think or just shoot me over a proposal.

I typically don't make trades in the first month. I like to see how my team starts to pan out. Unless I am overwhelmed with a trade offer I like to stand pat.

Are you talking about Lucroy?

That's who I assumed he was talking about.

Yes. I need some power and rbi's really bad

Can't believe I could not sell Lindor last week.
3 runs
2 HR
5 RBI's
1 SB
3.050 OPS
Also, I will be out of the country from the 7th to the 15th. Honkus has LM powers if necessary, but everything should go smoothly. Just reach if you need anything. I am sure I will check my lineup and stats when I have wifi.

Guys i appreciate the offers for my players but those aren't serious offers. I will trade LuCroy but i won't give him away. I really need some power and rbi's but i need a realistic return.

Post em, call some people out

I am new to this league and would rather not make enemies. All i am saying is LuCroy is the best fantasy catcher and i should get a comparable player in return. If no one wants him then fine but i won't trade him for bench players. I would prefer an OF but i'll listen to all offers.

This is what I offered...
McCann/Morales/Swanson
For
LuCroy/Nunez
I needed the speed so Nunez was the primarily target. That said I didn't think the offer was far off base. McCann replaces Lucroy's counting stats and a suitable replacement. Morales hit 30 homers last season and now hitting in Toronto. Swanson gives him a solid 15/15 potential SS.
Honestly I think he would have rejected a Morales/McCann offer straight up for Lucroy. Did he offer anyone any counter offers?

Lucroy is not the best fantasy catcher until Buster Posey retired. I would also gamble on Sanchez over Lucroy.

I wouldn't trade Nunez by himself for any of those you offered me except maybe Morales. I sure as heck wasn't going to give up LuCroy as well. That trade offer was way off and no one in this league would of accepted that trade.

I am a huge Posey fan but after last year i am not sure i agree with your assessment of him being better than LuCroy. Also, absolutely love Sanchez but i'd at least like to see him follow up last years success with another season before i agree he's better. But i do like both of those catchers.

Wait until you see a stud player getting traded for a couple of closers later in the season. Heck maybe even in a 1 for 1 trade.
I think you think the Nunez you own is the same Nunez that was in Minnesota. Valuable speed and versatility. Don't be surprised if that power disappears and he drags down your OPS. Good luck.

I can see being turned off by that offer, he'd be giving up a lot in terms of draft prices.

So you're trying to flip Lucroy's 17 homers and 70 rbis into a stud outfielder?
Posted on 4/6/17 at 6:15 pm to McCringleberryy
HR/RBI/AVG
That's what he's looking for. Doesn't seem like the 30/100 type interest him so likely a 40/120 bat.
