Absolutely.
Can never have too many QBs in a 2-qb league.

Let me clarify, you can only have two qbs, so if I pick up Goff I have to drop Taylor

Are you starting 2 qbs? Or you can just own 2? If it's just own 2 and start 1, who is your current starter? You may not need to roster a backup.

Oh yeah, I thought you meant you had to start 2 QBs. Nah, I'd stick with Taylor.
