#1 Pick in Playoff League Draft. What would you do?...

Draft starts tomorrow AM.
Format is PPR. Total cumulative points wins the league. Because of the size and number of NFL Teams in the Playoffs, each eligible player is available twice (i.e. Two teams could pick Josh Allen). Top QBs always are gone by the late first, early second, because of the format. While someone from a Wildcard Team might be great, they're likely to be a one and doner so you don't always pick the best available player. Goal is to have the most players still active from the Super Bowl Teams.
This one's tricky. You'll assume on the AFC side, KC, Buffalo and Cincinnati are the favorites to win. On the NFC side, it's clearer, with Philly and SF, then possibly Dallas or Green Bay.
I have the #1 pick. Mahomes should be the most probable choice, because they're current Vegas favorites to win it all, but as noted, players from the AFC side have a much tougher road to hoe.
You'd almost think going Hurts there because Philly' move likely on the NFC side to get to the Super Bowl.
What do you think? I think it's between Mahomes, Allen or Hurts at #1.

How many teams are there? Availability of QBs is probably important. I could see a scenario where it makes more sense to pick Allen over Mahomes or Hurts bc he would have an extra round over either of them if he ran the table (Mahomes and Hurts have the bye)

Thank you for the response. There are 12 teams. I actually won it last year from the 12th spot. Last year for example all the top quarterbacks were gone before I could pick.

If there’s not a multiplier as your player advances, I think I’d go with Burrow or Allen, whichever team you think will win that potential second round matchup. Also, don’t sleep on Purdy. The niners look very good and hurts looked rusty last week. Might get 4 games out of him.
