The delay is because they're waiting for the massive ballot dumps to happen in multiple states at the same time, in the middle of the night. Each state's ballot dump will be at least 90% in favor of Kamala.

I think that's why pa is still slow rolling everything, even though their courts said they must count it all tonight. If they finish the count and call it for trump, then they can't use the coordinated ballot dump that will be coming..
