Wouldn't turnout look "big" in big cities during any presidential election? Long lines should be expected, right? Anecdotally it would look like a lot to some individual observers.

For reference Philly county had 750k votes cast in 2020. 374k by mail, 360k in person and 14k provisional.

So far they’ve had 185k by mail. Way down from 2020 which jives with what we have been seeing elsewhere.
